The company has a strong team of dedicated and skilled property technicians, as well as several specialists in areas such as property technology consulting, energy optimization, fire safety, and project management across all technical fields. L&T Sverige also provides professional services in industrial hygiene and cleaning in several locations in Sweden.

L&T FM is now becoming the strategic partner for technical property management for a large number of OKQ8's stations and properties across the country.
